Ruth was a respected Emergency Dispatcher for the City of Forest Park, dedicating two decades of her life to serving and protecting others until her well-deserved retirement.

Devoted to her faith, Ruth was a devout believer in God and was a member of Jones Memorial Methodist Church for over 40 years. Her spirituality guided her actions and brought solace during difficult times.
