Richard E. Bagwell, of Riverdale, passed away on February 19, 2021. Services will be held at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 1:00 pm. Deacon Peter will be officiating. Interment will follow at Rehoboth Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends prior to service beginning at 11:00 am.
Mr. Bagwell was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Gloria Jean Bagwell.
