Rashonda Clarissa Barnes

Rashonda Clarissa (Anderson) Barnes was the first-born child of 3 lovely girls to Joseph Clarence Anderson and Sonjia Belinda Anderson on December 18, 1985 in Atlanta, Georgia. She was an excellent student of McGarraugh Elementary, Adamson Middle school, Morrow High school and Forest Park. School took little effort for Rashonda because she was naturally gifted with intelligence.

Rashonda was blessed with 3 beautiful children, Cashell, 19, Aaleeyah, 15 and Liam 9. They were the love of her life and there was nothing she wouldn’t do for her kids. Providing for them was her reason for pushing herself to do more and be more each day! She found her passion and profession as an Esthetician (Lash Technician) and quickly created a following in the Atlanta area. She was truly a mentor to those who aspired to learn her craft. Rashonda was the proud owner and operator of her own lash salon named BossyWinks and The shade Junkie which she co-owned with her beloved sister Andrenae Anderson.

Rashonda had a strong entrepreneurial spirit and enjoyed encouraging others to reach their highest potential. Rashonda fiercely loved her sisters Andrenae and Jasmine. They were a trio!  She loved and admired her older brother Quinton and Sister Lametheus.

Rashonda is survived by her Grandmother Alfredia Brown Hay and Christopher Gambrell, her parents Sonjia and Clarence Anderson, Her sisters and brother Lametheus Ledgister (Marvin), Andrenae Anderson, Jasmine Anderson and Quinton Anderson, her children, Cashell, Aaleeyah and Liam, Aunts Bennett (Kenneth) Deryl, Rhonda McCall, Stephanie Seay (Daryl), Erika Holsey (Sedrick) and Uncles Christopher Gambrell and Terrance Gambrell, a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.

Rashonda will be sorely missed by her family, friends, clients, coworkers and all who loved her dearly.
