Qui Hung Doan, of Knoxville, passed away on February 1, 2021. Services will be held at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Thursday, February 4, 2021 from 9am-8pm, Friday, February 5, 2021 from 9am -8pm, and Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 11:00 am. Pastor Joseph Nguyen will be officiating. Interment will follow at Morrow City Cemetery.
