Margret Ann Skates of Morrow, Georgia, passed away leaving behind a legacy of warmth, kindness, and a genuine love for people. Margret never met a stranger - her friendly spirit and open heart made everyone she encountered feel welcome and valued.
An avid reader, Margret found joy, comfort, and adventure within the pages of her books. Her passion for reading reflected her curiosity and appreciation for the beauty of life's stories, both written and lived.
She is survived by her loving son, John Holley (Nikki); her cherished grandchildren, Owen and Winter Holley; her devoted daughter, Amanda Skates; her sister, Martha Nelson; and her brother, Lee Ferrell. She will be also missed by her niece and nephew Kaleb and Serenity Skates.
Memorial Services will takes place on Saturday October 11 2025 at the First Baptist of Morrow at 2:00 PM.
