Leah Forsyth, 88, of Conley, passed away on August 13, 2022. Services will be held at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Friday, August 19, 2022 at 1:00 pm. Pastor William Jeffers will be officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 pm - 7 pm.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Benny Joe Forsyth; brother, Robert Hugh Hitchcock, Jr. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Middlebrooks, (passed on August 16, 2022), Sandra Humphries, Lee Wilson, and Nancy Edwards (Kenneth); sons, Edward "Tony" Middlebrooks (Nettie), and Stephen Turner (Cleo), 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
