Larry Basler

Larry Basler, of Stockbridge, passed away on May 23, 2019. Services will be held at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 11:00 am. Rev. Keith Lowery will be officiating. Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 from 5pm - 8pm.

He was preceded in death by his son, Richard Woolums; daughter, Lisa Taylor; brothers, Billy Basler and Gary Basler; sister, Betty Williams.

He will be missed by his wife, Glenda Harbin Basler; daughters, Lori Basler of Atlanta and Katherine Basler of Stockbridge; son, Jeffrey Woolums of McDonough; daughter-in-laws, Kristin Panzarella of Cumming and Penny Turner of Calhoun; sisters, Linda Turpin (Frank) of Wartburg, TN. and Sharon Patterson of Oak Ridge, TN.; brothers, Clarence Basler, Jr. (Helen) of Wartburg, TN. and Jerry Basler (Beverly) of Wartburg, TN.; grandchildren, Chris Woolums (Brian) of Sugar Hill, Jennifer Sicairos (Govanni) of Calhoun, Justin Taylor (Brittany) of Loganville, Lauren Woolums of Atlanta, and Joshua Woolums of Atlanta; great grandchildren, Jovanna Sicairos, Javier Sicairos, Jaydon Sicairos, and Mazie Taylor; several nieces and nephews.
