Kenneth Charles Williams

Kenneth (Kenny) Williams went home to be with the Lord on January 6, 2025, and join his beloved wife of 33 years, Ida Byrd Williams.

A cherished brother, uncle, friend, and neighbor. Ken loved watching and listening to Pastor Charles Stanley. If not enjoying a good sermon, he could always find a western to watch. He served in the Army from 1957-1963

Kenny is survived by his siblings, Harry Williams, Bette Duda, Robert Williams, and James Williams; Ida’s children, Ruby Hayes, Helen York, Patsy Hill, and Larry Cooper.

Preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Williams, and mother Cynthia Mae Williams, brothers Eugene West, and Charles Williams. Ida’s sons Charles Cooper, David Cooper, and Forrest Cooper, and daughter, Daisy Nile.

There will be a funeral service on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Thomas L Scroggs Funeral Directors. There will be a visitation an hour prior. The interment will be on Monday, January 13 at 2:00 pm at Morrow Cemetery.
