Kelsey Dakota Hemphill-Silva

Kelsey Dakota Hemphill-Silva, 25, of Forsyth, was called home on July 21, 2022. Her service will be held at Heritage Baptist Church in Locust Grove on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 1:00 pm. Lie in state at 12:00 pm. Pastor Terrell Hopkins will be officiating. Interment will follow at Eastlawn Memorial Park. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Friday from 4 pm - 8 pm. 

She was preceded in death by her father, David Hemphill. She will be missed by her husband, John Silva; mother, Kendall Bradley (Michael) of Forsyth; daughter, Amelia Kate Silva; son, Lukas Grayson Silva; sister, Skylar Elkins of Forsyth; brother, Landyn Bradley of Forsyth; grandmother, Linda Jane Sutton; aunts, Kellie Goodman Gay (Justin) , and Chyenne Hilton; uncle, Kevin Christopher Hemphill.
