Juan Martinez Salazar, of Forest Park, Ga., passed away on 09/01/2019. Services will be held at San Felipe De Jesus Catholic Church on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 6:00 pm. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 3:30 pm to 5: 30 pm.
