He is survived by his fiance, Rosie Dixon of Forest Park; sisters, Rose Mary Franklin of Sylacauga, AL, Dorothy Morgan of Oneonta, AL, and Janie Bushong (Wayne) of Oneonta, AL; grandchildren, Hope Shoemaker and Michael Shoemaker, numerous nieces and nephews.
