Janice Elaine Cochran passed away surrounded by love, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, warmth, and a deep appreciation for the simple joys of life.
Janice loved being outdoors and could often be found enjoying the fresh air with her beloved dogs. Her heart for animals was unmatched, and her four faithful companions - Zach, Bluebell, Treble, and Bear - brought her endless happiness.
She was as sweet as she could be, with a fun-loving and genuine spirit that made her "awesome and cool" in the eyes of everyone who knew her. Janice was also a proud Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Falcons fan, cheering on her teams with passion and loyalty.
Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Mamie Weaver, and her two brothers, Robert Gibson and Phillip Weaver.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Grady Cochran, and her loving sister, Edna Pennington (Al). Her memory will live on in their hearts and in the many lives she touched with her compassion and kindness.
There will be a Celebration of Life at 11:00 AM on Friday October 10, 2025 in the chapel of Thomas L Scroggs Funeral Directors. Interment will be private
