George A. Martin, United States Marine Veteran, of Barnesville, formerly of Forest Park, passed away on July 22, 2020. His services will be held at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5 pm - 8pm.
Mr. Martin was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Judy Martin. He is survived by his sons, David Martin (Becky) of Barnesville, Danny Martin of Concord, and Doug Martin (Tina) of Barnesville; grandchildren, Daniel Martin, Baileigh Martin, Kaitlyn Martin, Joseph Martin, and Taylor Vaughn.
