Frances Rafter

Mrs. Frances M. Rafter, of Stockbridge, GA,  passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2021.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Rafter and her son, Frederick Rafter.  She is survived by many nieces and nephews.  Her favorite things to do for fun were golf and winning at bridge.  She was a charter member of Morrow Christian Church.  She was a beloved aunt and friend.  We will all miss her very much. 

Visitation will be held  on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 beginning at 1:00 pm. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm at the chapel of Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors in Morrow, GA.  Chaplain Michael Winsor and Mr. Tim Kiem will officiate. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens in Forest Park, GA.
