Edwin Kenneth Dominguez

Edwin Kenneth Dominguez, born on March 18, 2000, in Riverdale, GA, left this world unexpectedly on November 5, 2023. He was a beloved son, brother, grandson, and friend to many.

Edwin had an adventurous and energetic spirit that made him the life of every party. With his goofy and fun-loving personality, he had a remarkable ability to bring laughter and joy into any room he entered. His infectious smile and loving nature touched the hearts of everyone who knew him.

Graduating from the Youth Challenge Academy in Fort Eisenhower in 2017, Edwin was a determined individual who set his sights on achieving great things. He embarked on a successful career journey, first working at Amazon and then spreading his wings as a driver at FedEx. Edwin's ambition was evident in his pursuit of obtaining his CDL license to drive trucks.

Apart from his dedication to work, Edwin had a variety of hobbies and interests that he cherished. He had a passion for boxing and enjoyed watching matches on television. When he wasn't delivering packages, Edwin could be found making beats—a creative outlet that allowed him to express himself through music. Sports also played a significant role in his life; he relished every moment spent cheering for his favorite teams and competing with friends.

Above all else, Edwin valued spending time with his family. He deeply loved his parents Canuto Galindo, Jr., Bibiana B. Galindo; brothers Leroy Galindo, Emanuel Galindo, Dylan Galindo; grandmother Laura Dominguez; and niece Liryetta Galindo—their bond was unbreakable.

To honor the memory of this vibrant young man whose light was extinguished too soon, two events have been planned so that family and friends can gather together to celebrate his life. The first event will be a Funeral Mass held on November 17, 2023, at San Felipe De Jesus Catholic Church in Forest Park, GA at 6:00 PM

The second event will be a Visitation held on November 18, 2023, at Thomas Scroggs Funeral Directors in Morrow, GA. The Visitation will commence at 10:00 AM and will convene at 12:00 PM. This is a time for all who loved Edwin to come together and find solace in their shared memories. Following the Visitation Edwin will be interred at Morrow Cemetery in Morrow, GA.

Edwin's sudden departure has left an irreplaceable void in the lives of those who knew and loved him. Although his time with us was tragically cut short, his legacy of joy, love, and determination will forever live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of being part of his life.

Edwin Kenneth Dominguez will always be remembered for his zest for life and his ability to make others feel valued and cherished. May he rest in eternal peace as we hold onto the memories of his vibrant spirit that continues to inspire us all.
