Danny Ray Payne

Danny R. Payne, of Jonesboro, passed away on August 6, 2020. Services will be held at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 11:00 am. Rev. Justin Belew will be officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Monday from 5 pm - 8 pm. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Payne. He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Payne of Forest Park; sons, Mike Rivers (Amy) of McDonough, Tyson Payne (Dollie) of Fayetteville, Brian Rivers (Samantha) of Jonesboro, Trent Payne (Brittany) of McDonough, and Chad Payne of Jonesboro; sister, Cathy Belew (Jim) of Jonesboro; brother, Glen Payne (Brenda) of Louisville, KY; 13 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
