Cheryl Yarbrough

Cheryl Shields Berry Yarbrough passed away on May 17, 2020. She is survived by her husband, William Yarbrough of Hogansville, Georgia; daughter, Kate Berry; grandson, Brandon Poe; sister, Janice Danielson; nephews, Christopher and Eric Danielson. Private services for immediate family have taken place. Mrs. Yarbrough was born in Chattanooga, TN to the late Robert Ivan and Kathryn Shields and raised in Alexandria, Virginia and Washington DC. She attended American University, Bridge North College, and North East Worcestershire College where she received diplomas and degrees in social care, social work and higher education. Cheryl worked as a librarian, the economic development institute of the world bank, management services for King Faisal Specialist hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Votrakon project for Saudi and American governments, and Shropshire Social Services in England. On return to the US she eventually retired as export coordinator at Hoshizaki America in Peachtree city. Her only request was for prayers for her remaining family.
