Charles R. Sargent, 90, of Forest Park, passed away on January 31, 2020. Mr. Sargent was born in Hapeville to the late John F. Sargent and Alice Merle Scroggs. His service will be held at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at 1:00 pm. Rev. Dr. Karen Lyons will be officiating. Interment will follow at College Park Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends prior to service from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Karen and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
