Bonnie "Karen" Montgomery, of Jonesboro, passed away on October 7, 2018. She will be missed by her husband, James "Doc" Montgomery; mother, Bernice Clowers; sons, Daniel Foust (Laurel), Jay Foust (Dawn), and Timothy Foust; step-daughter, Kellie Davitz (Walter); step-son, Chad Douglas Montgomery (Bethany); sister, Gail Lee (Gene); 11 grandchildren, Nolan, Blake, Jackson, Abbie, Tori, Avery, Ashlyn, Chase (Karina), Savannah, Asher, and Mia; 2 great grandchildren, Owen and Avery.
Services for Mrs. Montgomery will be held at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at 7:00 pm. Chad Montgomery will be officiating. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home prior to service from 4 pm - 7 pm. Interment will be at Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, Ga. on Friday, October 12, at 9:30 am.
