Billie "Sue" Quinn

Billie “Sue” Joyce Quinn, 93, of Forest Park, GA passed away peacefully on Monday, September 25, 2023 with her family by her side. A Graveside service was held in her honor on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Holly Hill Memorial Park in Fairburn, GA. 

Billie is survived by her daughters, Patricia Quinn, and Teresa Quinn-Vesely & husband Mark; step-daughter, Dian Reeves & husband Milton; grandchildren, Amy Upchurch, David Huggins, Joyce Bailey, Marina Morgan, Tyler Vesely, and Savannah Vesely; several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Albert Guy Quinn; daughter, Rebecca Quinn; and brothers, Freddye & Pete Belcher.

Billie “Sue” Joyce Quinn was born Wednesday, July 16, 1930 in Princeton, WV to R.B. & Louise Belcher. Sue worked for Sears Roebuck Co. for at least a decade, where she met and married her best friend and the love of her life, Albert Guy Quinn and they had 45 wonderful years together until his passing in 2005. After leaving Sears she went to work for AAFES and after many years of service she retired. Sue enjoyed boating, fishing, sewing, and had a talent for drawing. She took life seriously and was steadfast in her beliefs. She was a loyal woman and was true to her family. Sue was a dedicated wife and truly loved her husband. Her presence will be forever missed.
