Ann Ruth Holbrook

Ann Ruth Holbrook, of Jonesboro, passed away on April 2, 2021. She was born in Byron, Georgia to the late, Joseph Elmo Robertson and Mary Frances Wood Robertson. A memorial service will be held at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 1:00 pm. Rev. Jeff Holcomb will be officiating.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Lamar Holbrook, son, Earnie Holbrook, and grandson, T.J. Smoot. She is survived by her daughter, Rina Perez of Jonesboro; sisters, Gail Ponder of Griffin and Karen Jones of Griffin; brother, Charles Robertson of Albany; grandchildren, Matthew Perez (Heather), Beth Davis (Chris), Andy Wilson (Jenna), Danielle Zimmer (Ryan); great grandchildren, Rosie Perez, Madison Davis, Damien Perez, Dylan Davis, Masen Davis, and Olivia Wilson, numerous nieces and nephews.
