Kenneth "Poppa" Plemons

Kenneth "Poppa" Lawrence Plemons, of Morrow, passed away on September 18, 2017. Services will be held in our chapel on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 2:00pm. Rev. Keith Plemons, Rev. Bobby Simmons, and Rev. Alan Burns will be officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends Wednesday, September 20, 2017, from 5pm-8pm. Mr. Plemons was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mozell Plemons; brothers, James B. Plemons; Henry I. Plemons; William "Jr." Plemons. He is retired from Atlanta Gas Light Co. He is survived by his wife, Terri "Nana" Plemons; daughter, Becky Whitten (Jay) of Jenkinsburg; sons, Keith Lawrence Plemons (Robin) of Waco,Ga.; Rick Plemons of Jackson; Joey Plemons (Roxi) of Jackson; sister-in-law, Linda Plemons of Jackson; brothers, Dennis Norton of Jackson; Jerry Norton (Sharon) of Fayetteville; 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren with 2 on the way; numerous nieces and nephews.
