Charlotte Smith, of Jonesboro, passed away on June 15, 2017. A graveside service will be held at Forest Lawwn Cemetery on Monday, June 19, 2017 at 10:30am. Chaplan Jim Weathers will be officiating. She is survived by her daughters, Janice Clark Elledge(John) of Ware Shoals, SC, Denise Belisle(Andy) of Dawson, Ga., and Kathy Hamby(Kenny) of Milner, Ga.; son, Neal Clark(David Foster) of Camden, SC, 9 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
