Andrew Eubanks Davis "Andy"

Andrew Eubanks Davis, 73, of Lake City, GA, passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2016, at Southern Regional Medical Center. Services will be held at the First Baptist Church of Morrow on Friday, August 19, 2016 at 11:00am. Dr. David Tew and Rev. Paul Robins will be officiating the service.Interment to follow at Morrow Cemetery. The family will be accepting friends and family for visitation at the church on Friday from 10am-11am. Born on November 16, 1942, in Vidalia, GA, Mr. Davis was the son of the late Andrew Burnice and Sallie Eubanks Davis of Vidalia. Mr. Davis is survived by his wife of 46 years, Faye Davis, their daughter, Dawn May and her husband Don and three grandchildren of LaGrange, GA, his sister, Joy Breeden and her husband Billy of Leesburg, GA, his brother-in-law Larry Watkins and his wife, Darlene of Jacksonville, FL. Mr. Davis served in the United States Army for four years, and then worked for AT&T for 25 years. He enjoyed the outdoors, deer hunting and spending time with his family. He was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at the age of 31 and battled the disease for 42 years. Mr. Davis is a member of the Pairs and Spares Sunday School Class of First Baptist Church of Morrow.
