Mary "Louise" Carmon, of Forest Park passed away on April 2, 2015. A service will be held in the chapel at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Friday, April 3, 2015 at 1:00 pm. Pastor Jason Lyle will be officiating. Interment to follow at Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will be accepting friends at the funeral home prior to service from 11am-1pm. She is survived by her daughters, Christine Dixon(Eddie) of Griffin, Lynn Seymour of McDonough, and Kippy Weatherby Blair(Danny) of Villa Rica; sons, Howard Mullinax(Linda) of Rome and Brian Phillips(Joy) of Rome; 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
