Fay Crawford, of Forest Park, passed away on August 8, 2012. A service will be held in the chapel at Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors on Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 11:00am. Dr. Reed Crumbliss to officiate. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation from 10-11am prior to service. Survivors include her sons John and Michelle Crawford of Dallas, Jim and Barbara Crawford of Eatonton; 3 granddaughters, 1 great granddaughter, several nieces and nephews.
